1. Acceptance of Terms
By using CodeStage Solutions mobile app hosting and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Services
We provide services including app infrastructure setup, hosting support, deployment guidance, monitoring, maintenance, and technical assistance as defined in your project agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and lawful app content.
- Maintain security of account credentials and access keys.
- Ensure required permissions, licenses, and rights for uploaded content.
- Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and platform rules.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees, billing terms, and payment schedules are defined in your service agreement, invoice, or statement of work. Late payments may lead to suspension of non-critical support services.
5. Availability and Support
We aim for high service reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure events may impact service continuity.
6. Intellectual Property
Each party retains ownership of its existing intellectual property. Ownership of project deliverables and code is governed by the specific contract terms between the parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, CodeStage Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services as allowed by the applicable contract. Upon termination, obligations related to outstanding payments, confidentiality, and legal compliance remain in effect.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
